New moms and their babies are invited to my weekly Baby & Me Yoga at Pure Yoga West and Pure Yoga East ( http://pureyoga.com/prepostnatal ) Practice yoga with your baby in a relaxed, supportive environment, while learning to regain the strength in your core muscles after giving birth. Babies are placed on a yoga blanket in front of mom’s mat (or they can be kept in their stroller if they’re sleeping!). This flowing yoga practice focuses on strengthening Pelvic floor and abdominal muscles (you will be checked for Diastasis Rectii.) Students are welcome to take a break to feed or change their baby if needed. Baby Yoga, massage and songs are included. Babies are 4-6 weeks until 1 year.
