Looks like we're back in Brooklyn for FRIDAY NIGHT VIDEOS, PART III, only it's on a SATURDAY NIGHT!!!!! We're at Videology, a very cool bar/video/presentation space where you can browse videos for rent, watch a flick, have a beer, and chill out for some socializing in a video lovers' venue.
This one's a special double whammy: First, a presentation on THE GOLDEN AGE OF MUSIC VIDEO [masked]) where we chronicle the evolution of the music video from Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" to Guns N' Roses' "November Rain". You hear amazing tales and inside stories gathered from over 100 interviews of music video directors and artists, courtesy of Stephen Pitalo, music video historian.
After that is the main event: A VJ set of old school music videos, with big favorites and forgotten gems.
FRIDAY NIGHT VIDEOS becomes a SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL!!!
