## Chris Colligan - Senior Director of Technology Delivery and Transformation at ASCAP

Chris’s professional career has been largely focused on implementing and scaling Agile processes in large organizations and across complex systems. He is an Agile pragmatist who has a relentless focus on value delivery and stakeholder management - with the bruises to prove it. Currently focused on Agile Transformation at American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) at 104 year old organization that distributes $1.1 billion dollars in licensing fees to musicians and song writers.

The discussion will highlight:
- Building and maintaining momentum behind Agile Transformations
- Anchoring the transformation in the pain points of the organization
- Where do you position Change Agents within the organization

## Renee Hook - VP, Sales Transformation & Enablement

Renee is the business owner of a multi-million dollar strategic program provisioned to simplify IBM sales process from lead creation through to renewal by building a single, integrated, client focused platform. Purpose of this platform is to enable XaaS offerings on a modern lead to renewal end to end architecture that improves seller, business partner and ultimately end customer experience resulting in improved business performance.

Have you ever heard a business executive talk about Tech Debt? Tech Debt is well regarded as an IT problem which is often kept separate from business problems. However, Renee has been instrumental in bridging that gap between Business & IT by acknowledging Tech Debt as a business problem and sponsoring dedicated effort to slow down for a short period so that we can deliver quality outcomes faster at a much sustainable and predictable pace. Sounds like Business Agility, doesn’t it?

Aren’t you curious about the story / the thought process behind her decision? Why don’t you bring your business stakeholders and hear it from Renee?
