## Renee Hook - VP, Sales Transformation & Enablement

Purpose of this platform is to enable XaaS offerings on a modern lead to renewal end to end architecture that improves seller, business partner and ultimately end customer experience resulting in improved business performance.
Have you ever heard a business executive talk about Tech Debt? Tech Debt is well regarded as an IT problem which is often kept separate from business problems. However, Renee has been instrumental in bridging that gap between Business & IT by acknowledging Tech Debt as a business problem and sponsoring dedicated effort to slow down for a short period so that we can deliver quality outcomes faster at a much sustainable and predictable pace. Sounds like Business Agility, doesn’t it?
Aren’t you curious about the story / the thought process behind her decision? Why don’t you bring your business stakeholders and hear it from Renee?
