Five Person Small Group Strength Class for Cyclists, Runners and Triathletes
Join us in the private studio, for a small group class uniquely focused on strength training for cyclists, runners and triathletes. With only 5 participants in the room, each member will get personal attention and exercises geared towards his/her fitness level and goals. Each 45 minute session will focus on a full body workout, building strength, muscular endurance, speed and power. Whether your objective is to be faster on the road or in the water, or to have a more balanced fitness regiment, this training will assist you in reaching your goals. Modalities will include: Body weight training Functional training Core training TRX Plyometrics Interval, circuit and more.... Benefit from the structure of a workout offered by a certified trainer, experienced in working with endurance sports athletes and weekend warriors for twenty years!

What we're about

Cyclists, runners and triathletes are super dedicated to following their respective training programs, but we are not always so great when it comes to the strength training element of our regimen. This is a group created and led by a fitness trainer with twenty years of experience working with endurance athletes and who has participated in bike races throughout the country and in Italy.

This group offers endurance athletes a structured, fun and effective environment for implementing sport specific strength training in a small group setting that provides support, camaraderie and improved performance.

Our sport specific training will include functional, body weight, core, dumbbell, TRX and plyometric training. You don't have to know what all that means, just know that we will offer a great workout consistent with each participants current fitness level and desired results, in an energizing, empowering environment.
