The American Museum of Natural History

Hi Brights, locals and visitors, out of state and international! Also, to those who are curious about The Brights (the-brights.net) or who we are allied with. You are welcome to explore natural reality with us too!) As Always: The Museum of Natural History. Every Month. Same Time. Same place. Until further notice. (Please Note: To further our efforts at remembrance of those like-minded friends who have past away, we are exploring ideas to entrench and revisit their inspirations by creating a fund to set up benches, plaques, fountains and other things in our city. This will be an ongoing discussion until implemented.) Our monthly Museum Walk and Talk is perpetually on the first Sunday of every month! Same time at 1pm under the lobby dinosaurs (at or near, in the round). At 1:30 we move to the downstairs cafe to nosh and chat. Then we start exploring at 2:30. I usually have a blue New York Atheists hat on and a small brights buttons. Generally, we try to keep it cheap and educational. The Museum of Natural History's admission is by donation. several of us are members and therefore we take people in as guests as we can. The museum itself is by donation so it is very accessible to everyone. Never avoid coming if you feel you cannot afford it. Just let me know in confidence. Other events are planned ad-hoc and the city and tri-state is our oyster... RSVPs are appreciated but not required unless specifically stated. Bright Cheers Evolving (BCE), Charlie [masked], mobile) Acting Director of The New York Brights "In general people are not born stupid. True stupidity is achieved only through great effort, such as the Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY" -Giddian, a Brights Leader, is http://itanjo.com/... (http://itanjo.com/) and Atheist Axioms at Cafe Press
