The main purpose of volunteer program evaluation is to demonstrate the impact of your program. But evaluations can also reveal challenges and needs that the program must address in order to remain vital. Learn how to collect outputs and outcomes of your programs and verbalize to outside funders how volunteers impact your mission. Learn also how to engage your entire staff in managing and recognizing volunteers. This training covers the “Evaluation” and “Salute” sections of the ROSES curriculum.
