The Old Croton Aqueduc was a large and complex water distribution system constructed for New York City between 1837 and 1842. The great aqueducts, which were among the first in the United States, carried water by gravity 41 miles (66 km) from the Croton River in Westchester County to reservoirs in Manhattan (from wiki). Where the aqueduct once was has now been converted into a trail running from Van Cortland Park in the Bronx all the way to Croton.
We will run a portion of the trial from Van Cortland Park to Ossining. The run itself is about 24 mile with 95% nice trails. It's supposed to be very nice and quite runnable all the way. I'm hoping we have a group big enough that everyone can find running buddies matching his / her pace. But in any case be always prepared to potentially run by yourself and we'll regroup in Ossining around a nice brunch.
We'll meet and start at the Van Cortland Park gate at 8:30am (Google map here https://www.google.com/maps/place/40%C2%B053'12.1%22N+73%C2%B053'56.6%22Wfirstname.lastname@example.org,-73.8997053,18z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m14!1m7!3m6!1s0x89c2f2f175df1967:0xd008db45614bceeb!2sOld+Croton+Aqueduct+Trail,+Yonkers,+NY+10705!3b1!8m2!3d40.9183077!4d-73.8785041!3m5!1s0x0:0x0!7e2!8m2!3d40.8867052!4d-73.8990433).

There are options to shorten the run and take metro north back from Tarrytown for example (approx 17 miles)
