Daily Rituals: What needs to change as we approach a new season? What needs to stick, no matter the weather or holiday agenda?!

With a new season embarking upon us, it’s important to do an audit of our daily/weekly/ monthly rituals. A new season equals new energy. (Fortunately or unfortunately, this may come with some external in-law energy as well.)

How does one keep on track when there are so many changing factors? We will help you evaluate your current routines and create awareness to identify ones that are serving you or not. This awareness will enable you to make shifts, give yourself a routine overhaul, and create/omit areas that are not lighting up your life. We will share examples of routines/rituals that may be limiting you, as well as ones that can help you move forward. The most challenging thing when changing or beginning a routine is follow through and accountability. We will provide a few statistics on the results of a successful routine and what happens to our energy when we create sustainable actions. (Don’t worry- we got you! Our full proof agenda will ensure you don’t become a January gym statistic that falls off by March!)

About our Guest Speakers:

Rebecca Ahmed is a strategic coach, speaker and Co-Founder of Turn It On! Through coaching engagements, speaking opportunities and workshops, Rebecca takes a “no bullshit” approach and acts as an educator, mentor, and strategist to ensure her clientele are truly embracing their potential and continuing to hone their own definition of success. In addition to Turn It On, Rebecca is a Corporate Managing Director at Savills, a worldwide commercial real estate organization specializing in integrated solutions, workplace strategies and transaction management. Before embarking upon her journey in Washington DC, Ms. Ahmed was the Director of HR Systems & Operations for Pinnacle Entertainment, a dynamic and growing casino entertainment company with 16,000+ team members across the United States. She oversaw and collaborated with HR Business Partners and senior leadership teams in the creation and execution of business growth and performance strategies. Ms. Ahmed studied Public Relations and Business at the University of Southern California, and received her Master’s in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has 10+ years of people services experience, and held leadership positions at organizations including Allegiant Travel Company and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.


Natalie Iannone brings 20+ years’ of inspiring leadership and people service experience; with a specialty in Learning & Development. Her expertise and focus lies in mentoring and coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, and effective communication. Natalie partners with Human Resources and senior executive leadership to discover, create, and implement a dynamic culture replete with the company’s foundational principles. With her keen intuition and skills in leadership development, Natalie performs as a confidant, mentor, educator, and strategist. She creates a partnership with clients that fosters discovery, energizes them to lean into their personal strengths and values, remove any internal blocks, perform at a higher potential, and drive continuous action around their greatest desires. Natalie is an iPEC graduate, a certified coach, and a practitioner in Energy Leadership Index. Aside from her leadership and coaching abilities, what truly sets her apart from most is her unwavering ability to connect deeply with others.
