Chef Stephen Yen (@tastygoodness on IG) has developed an awesome six (!!!) course tasting for us. We're also working to make the raw tasting component a little bit more interactive than usual. DO NOT check the "paying for goods or services" box as that incurs an extra, unnecessary fee on my end.
Step 2: Copy the PayPal transaction ID # and PASTE it into the RSVP Q&A on Meetup. If you do not pay for your spot/s within 12 hours of signing up, you will be removed from the RSVP list. This is to avoid no-shows and RSVP hoarding. Thanks for understanding.
1st course: Oysters on the half shell—mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemons
2nd course: Fluke ceviche—aji amarillo, sweet potato, crispy maiz cancha
3rd course: Baked Oysters—mushroom duxelle, white truffle oil, parmesan & manchego cheese
4th course: Oyster Fried Rice—shredded duck, coriander, egg, sweet soy, garnished with fried oysters
5th course: Skirt Steak—chimichurri, watercress.
6th course: Torrejas—dulce de leche soaked french toast, maple caramelized apples, cinnamon ice cream
