Hello Oyster Lovers,

What's better than oysters on the half shell? Oysters and pork, of course! For the next Meetup, we're going to put a twist on the traditional surf & turf with an oyster & BBQ dinner at Blue Smoke. This will take place at the original Blue Smoke (116 E. 27th St) on Tuesday, Sept 18 at 6:30 pm. Danny Meyer's famed temple to smoke has a newly revamped oyster program, so if you haven't tried the restaurant yet, this is the perfect chance to dig in. Chef Eddie Montalvo has created the following menu for us, including an oyster pan roast and oyster cornbread stuffing. This will be served family-style, a great way to try everything and get to know your neighbors too!

First Course:

Key lime pie Chocolate cupcakes Seasonal cobbler or crisp with housemade ice cream The price for this dinner is $50 plus tax and tip. If you order any drinks or other menu items a la carte, please settle those with the server on your own.
