West Coast or East Coast oysters?

From the West Coast I prefer a Humboldt Bay Kumamoto (CA-0005-SS) or any of Taylor Shellfish's tumbled oysters. At home on the East Coast I love Montauk Pearls, Island Creek (Threes), North Havens, and of course our very own Hummock Island Oysters which you can find in all NYC Whole Foods stores (we've been their supplier since 2010).

What is your first oyster memory?
