NY Quantified Self Show&Tell #27

  • Feb 18, 2015 · 6:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Hello QSers!

Our first meetup of 2015 will be Wednesday, February 18th.

Please come out and share your methods, results, and insights with the group during the Show&Tell talks or, if you're a toolmaker, during our Demo Hour.

6:00 -7:00 pm Demo Hour

Come demo your gadget, app, or project and share with others in our "science fair for adults."

Want to participate in Demo Hour? Please let us know when you RSVP or fill out this form for Demo Hour by Feb 6th: http://bit.ly/qs27-demo

7:00 - 8:00 pm QS Show & Tell Talks

This is our main event of the evening. We keep the length of presentations to 5 minutes followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. If you have slides to show, feel free but it's not required. Giving a Show&Tell talk and our three prime questions.

If you'd like to give a personal talk on self-tracking or self-experimentation, please let us know when you RSVP or fill out this form by Feb 6th: http://bit.ly/qs27-showtell

8:00 - 8:30 pm Catching Up With Friends

Talk to the speakers, chat with new and old friends, ask other people what they're tracking, and generally hang out and have a great time.

QS SPONSORS: OUR THANKS TO New Work City
An incredible space is generously being provided by Peter Chislett and New Work City, a downtown coworking space and long-time supporter of QS.

We use meetup donations to pay for professional video recording, incidental venue costs, and awesome refreshments. If you or your company are interested in sponsoring NY Quantified Self, or hosting a future meetup at your office, please let us know.

We hope to see you on Feb 18th.

Great talks, great people, great feedback. We've had lots of amazing interest in H2O-Pal since the meetup. Thanks!

Always great to hear about the advancements in self quantification and the ways others go about data collection and analysis. Very enjoyable and informative evening.

Great meetup! Too bad the cold weather in NY killed my elderly BodyMedia FIT :-)
