Our Sunday sessions are aimed at players training for tournament-level competition. We generally start with drills to develop skill, followed by games that are competitive and faster-paced than our other sessions. For this session, you should generally be comfortable with physical play, including both boat and hand tackles, or at least working towards such play.

PLEASE SIGN-UP EARLY: A minimum of 8 people are needed to schedule this session. If less than 8 people are signed up 48 hours before the session, the session will be cancelled.

The building & pool will be opened for us at 9:00am. If arriving later than 9:30am, please let someone know so we can open the door... or be prepared to wave from the door and wait till someone sees you!

On Sundays, we need to be out of the pool and have it ready for the next group by 12:00 noon. Please plan accordingly.
