At our Laughter Clubs we practice Laughter Yoga which is a new health craze which is sweeping the world and has many health benefits. Developed by Dr Madan Kataria in 1995 from Mumbai India, there are more than 7000 Laughter Clubs in 72 countries. It's called Laughter Yoga because it incorporates Yoga breathing techniques with childlike playfulness.
There are 4 basic steps of Laughter yoga. 1. Clapping ( Warming up ) 2. Deep breathing 3. Child Like Playfulness 4. Laughter Exercises.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket (if you have one with you!) but most importantly a willingness to laugh!
