For many years, my life was a portrait of unhappiness. Not surprisingly, I lacked confidence, self-esteem, and effective tools for handling stress and anxiety.
All this changed 20 years ago when I started chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo.
Through chanting, I become happier, more peaceful, and centered.
