About The Facilitator:
Helen is the Founder of Nirvana Mind, one of Singapore's leading Meditation & Mindfulness companies, and Co-Founder of The Mindful Movement. Helen discovered her true passion for meditation, and almost immediately her life began to transform. Through a life changing incident, Helen gained the clarity and motivation to realise that she needed to do something more purposeful, and has since sought to share meditation with as many people as possible.
Helen studied with the Inner Voyage Holistic Human Development School of Meditation and Alternative Therapy (IVHHD), and has attained her IVHHD Certificate in Meditation Teaching & Holistic Human Development. She is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher in Training with the University of California San Diego Medical School's Center For Mindfulness.
