• Chakradance Celebrating Workshop & Planetary Peace Meditation
Do you feel like you need to shift some old energy so that you can move forwards in your life? I am running a Chakradance Celebrating Workshop for a small group who are ready for deep inner transformational work. We will explore the chakras using free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of each chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art. Dive in and explore your inner world, release blocked energy and rediscover your true, authentic self. Chakradance is a powerful and authentic healing dance practice to promote that wonderful state of calm vitality known as “well being”. Practising Chakradance can help tune and balance your whole body/mind/spirit system using spontaneous dance, guided imagery and music that resonates deeply with each in turn of the seven major chakras. I will hold a safe space for you to play, release, express, and journey deep within your most authentic self to find the balance and harmony of mind, body and spirit that makes up the missing piece in many of our lives. Your entire being is welcome here. Be prepared for some energetic shifts and some moments of pure freedom! More about Chakradance: www.chakradance.com This group will be limited in size, so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to dance in. Time: 4pm - 7pm Cost: $35 per person To Bring: Wear comfy clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and please arrive slightly early at the temple space so that we can begin on time :) To Note: This is a substance-free event, and I would really appreciate it if all could respect the sacred space and keep it that way, as the energy can be disrupted for everyone if even one person has ingested any substances prior to coming along. We will meditate, dance and create mandala artwork from 4pm - 7pm. Following this, there is an optional half-hour meditation for Planetary Peace. A community of over 7,000 people worldwide will be meditating all at the same time for the common purpose of soothing and counteracting some of the non-beneficial happenings that are occurring all over the world at this time. This meditation is free.

  • The Circle: Cacao Ceremony
In deep bubbling excitement we unveil the thrid of The Circle’s Monthly CACAO CEREMONIES, a deep gathering for Truth, Freedom and Creative Expression. Cacao excites us. It’s accessible and powerful. Known as the “Food of the Gods”, Cacao in its pure raw form stimulates blood flow to the heart, brain, skin and is chock full of antioxidants, minerals, alkaloids, neurotransmitters, neuromodulators, vitamins and minerals that have a particularly nourishing effect on the human body. Awareness and focus is heightened and sensations are intensified. With over 1200 chemical constituents, the beans from Theobroma Cacao appears to be one of the most pharmacologically complex plants in the world. This Heart-opener simul ates feelings of love - containing phenylethylamine (PEA) which helps the body create feelings of excitement and euphoria. It’s thought cacao was first used as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine as far back as 1900 BC by the ancestors of Central America, the Olmec people, before becoming a ritualistic medicine used by the Aztec and Mayan cultures. Cacao in the context of a safe, beautiful ceremony opens the way to deep relating, emotional release, inspired creativity with a open-hearted focus. It can be strong, firm, bursting straight through the heart and the body. This creates a rare opportunity to explore and sit with the stories of the heart and to identify areas that are causing you restriction, limitation and pain. Many people report a deep sense of joy and peace, a connection to something bigger than themselves as well as insights of limiting behaviors, thoughts and feelings that are able to be understood and released within the safe environment of the ceremony. Ceremony deepens our experience of life and adds richness, depth and meaning. It is a label that describes a concentration of intent and attention where we consciously create richer moments. The Circle’s heart-parents, Jess, Yin Ling and Soraia will guide us into a beautiful full 3-Hr Ceremony. Deep relating and sharing, Medicine and Heart-Songs, Breath and Shamanic Inner Journey, Dance and Movement in communion with Nature. This will be the beginning of the Ceremonies that will be held monthly, and many other regular offerings that will be unveiled. Do follow us on Facebook! Details: $60 for the 3 hour ceremony 6-9pm - Cacao Ceremony By the Grandmother Tree, behind the Botany Centre at Botanic Gardens Tanglin Gate. The tree can be found between the Heritage Museum and the CDL Green Gallery. — In this beautiful fairly private space that is mosquito-sparse, we have had great response for previous ceremonies held in this space. Previous Cacao ceremonies held with Soraia, Jess and Yin Ling have been held to great response and review, praised for the integrity and beauty of facilitation and the powerful, deep and lasting effects of the ceremony for release, insights and communion with self and spirit. Please fast for a few hours prior to coming to the ceremony. Avoid dairy products that day. Bring something you can sit on, your sacred altar items, a notebook and pen if you wish to journal about your experience, mosquito repellent and a large filled water bottle. Contact Jess at [masked] if you have any questions or concerns regarding the ceremony.

  • Community Check - In Circle
The Circle is all about building community to provide unconditional support in your journey towards growth and transformation. We invite you to join the family, and take part in an evening of getting to know one another and yourself better. Sacred circles are facilitated all over the world, as many people are beginning to awaken to the understanding that our conditioned separateness is no longer serving us - there is a call for closer bonds and reconnection to our core truth as interdependent beings. These weekly circle check-ins are an opportunity for you to be your most authentic self; whatever you might be going through, the family will support and help you process your emotions and actions. Everything th at you are is welcome, as you will be held in unconditional love free from judgement in this space. Circles enable us to examine and release our shadows, patterns, habits, fears and limiting beliefs, as well as welcome in new perceptions, self-confidence and self-love. There is always the option to invite accountability checks on action taken from the other members as well - this helps us to grow and take tangible steps towards creating the changes we wish to see in our lives. Each week, we will select a growth topic or question for discussion, and we will facilitate processes for those that might need further attention and support through a challenging experience they might be experiencing. As individuals, Jess, Soraia and Yin Ling are all solid members of multiple community circles themselves, and have found that being a part of an active circle supports them in blossoming into the fullest versions of themselves, and nurturing them in a way that allows them to step into their power and highest potential. Collectively they have extensive experience facilitating and supporting women's circles, co-ed circles, music circles, meditation circles, group ceremonies, movement practices, and many other personal growth modalities. The Circle Community Check-In's will always be completely free. We only ask that if members feel called to do so, please bring along a healthy snack or some non-alcoholic (preferably low-sugar) drinks to share with the group during circle time. Please bring something to sit on, as we will hold these gatherings out in nature in order to ensure that the experience is a grounding and refreshing one each time. We will meet under the Grandmother Tree behind the Botany Centre in Botanic Gardens. This is easily accessible from the Tanglin Gate at 1 Cluny Road. (Entrance nearest Gleneagles.) Please contact Jess at [masked] to RSVP and also if you have any questions or concerns, or if you need more directions on the day.
