Would you be interested in a class like this one? If so, let me know and I will find a location. Learn tips and tricks on how to prep meals and snacks ahead of time, so you can save time and energy throughout the week. Prepping and planning are super important when it comes to staying on a healthy journey. So many times I would stop by a fast food joint on my way to work or after work simply because I had not planned and did not have anything easy to cook for breakfast or dinner. Does that sound familiar? If so, this class is for you.

What we're about

This group is for busy women who want to live a healthy lifestyle. Our events will include cooking classes, healthy living workshops, juicing and smoothies, meditation, fun community activities, yoga, physical fitness, meal prep, grocery store tours, etc. We will try to incorporate activities that will help you learn tips and tricks to make living a clean eating lifestyle a much easier process. We also hope to help build a community of like minded individuals to grow and share in our wellness journeys together.
