What we're about
This group is for busy women who want to live a healthy lifestyle. Our events will include cooking classes, healthy living workshops, juicing and smoothies, meditation, fun community activities, yoga, physical fitness, meal prep, grocery store tours, etc. We will try to incorporate activities that will help you learn tips and tricks to make living a clean eating lifestyle a much easier process. We also hope to help build a community of like minded individuals to grow and share in our wellness journeys together.
