It's easy to be kind to the children around us, but when it comes to our Inner Children, we usually happily assume that they've disappeared at some point somewhere in time. This saves us the trouble of actually taking care of ourselves and our most profound needs and wishes. And yet, these children are still here, wanting to be acknowledged and loved for who they are.

The reason why it can be so hard to accept that these children are actually us, is precisely because we have been ignoring them for so long.

However, it's never to late to realise that we still hold within ourselves that innocence, that grace, that courage, that curiosity and that belief in endless possibilities that we had as children. It's all available to us and all it takes is for us to allow ourselves to be a bit less serious and a bit more playful.

The attendance for this workshop will be donation based (tickets normally priced at GBP 40), however I do encourage you to spend some money on it, as all the profits will go to The New Day Children's Centre, a wonderful charity supporting children in Ethiopia.

100% of the money raised through the association are used to provide food, clothes and access to accommodation and education for more than 50 children and they are constantly expanding, aiming to help even more. You are welcome to check their web site in here: https://www.ndccethiopia.org.uk/

Donations can be made in cash on the day or via EventBrite:

Children don't need explanations for why things went wrong, but to be fully accepted and unconditionally loved.
The purpose of this workshop is to enable us to reconnect with our inner children, by acknowledging them and allowing them to do what they love doing: play and have fun.
At the same time, we want to send love and healing to all the children in the world who need it.
