Group Purpose: This is a group for anyone interested in improving physical fitness through physical activities and physical exercise.
Who should join? Only those that will participate on a constant, consistent and regular basis. We are proactively and purposefully looking to grow a community of people committed to participation in a fitness lifestyle. You might be a beginner reaching out and looking for help and support. You might be a life long participant and advocate for physicality and fitness. All are welcome that participate.
Why join? Because without question there is nothing more important than one's physical health. All else pales in value as physical health begins to deteriorate. You do not want to be unhealthy, weak, sick or frail. And there are really only two ways to affect positive physical change in a meaningful way - primarily through physical fitness exercise and secondarily through nutrition. Note that there is no diet ever invented that will improve one's fitness or increase one's strength. It can't happen through nutrition. The only road to physical fitness is through physical activity and exercise.
