- Arrive at 7 pm
- Sitting meditation: 30 minutes
- Short break for tea and greetings: 15 minutes
- Group reading and discussion of Buddhist text: 30 - 45 minutes

If you would like a pdf copy of the readings please email me at [masked]

    where does compassion come from?

one answer: from feeling the pain(or any other state) one has experienced within oneself that is cut from the same cloth as the pain of the other.
