I liked the location and was okay with the food for the price, especially when we talked to the chef afterwards and learned how he handmade the beet sand and the chocolate.
Thanks to Linda and Maura for their creative hard work. Tom and I have taken some actions today on information we learned last night.

The presentation was good, but the dinner was overpriced.

Was GREAT to learn that Naples is headed toward becoming a Blue Zone. Yippy!!! Now if we can just get rid of those chemtrails.

A great job by Dr. Kent, well-versed in mainstream WFPB nutrition.

I enjoyed the evening very much. Dr. Kent was very knowledgable about the importance of plant based eating. It was a real pleasure to be with him. Thank you to Linda and Maura for their hard work. They are such an inspiration to the ladies in our group. Fun night

I've got a book signing on Marco that night. Hopefully, I'll see you in June. Last night's dinner was great. Maybe I'll see some of you at the raw foods vegan meeting May 4th. I'm half rabbit and love many things raw.
