Slideshow Halloween Cruise (http://www.smilebox.com/playBlog/4d7a6b344e5445334e44593d0d0a&blogview=true)

Get your costumes ready and join us for a fun filled 3 night cruise to the Bahamas!! We will be sailing with Carnival on the party ship Ecstasy.

For those of you that have been on our past Halloween cruises, you will know that Carnival loves Halloween and will have fabulous festivities for us to enjoy. We will be boarding the ship on Halloween and there will be a parade as well as a deck party. Prizes for the best costumes will be given by Carnival so get your imagination going!

We have negotiated several price options, some of which I will include here but if you want something not listed, you will be able to choose a cabin to your liking when you make your reservation with our cruise coordinator. Prices and cabin availability are subject to change so the sooner you give your deposit, the better your options will be. Prices listed are based on double occupancy and include all taxes and port charges.

The standard group rates are $327.00 for an ocean view cabin on the lower levels. These tend to be noisier as they are closer to the engines. $347.00 will get you a few decks higher, also an ocean view. Also available at a lesser price are the inside cabins. I did not get prices on every type of cabin, but you will have the option to choose when you make your reservation. There is also a 25.00 PER CABIN credit. These standard group rate staterooms are refundable up to various dates depending on when you cancel and also can have name changes if you reserve and find you can't go.

Also available is an early saver rate, which is what I believe to be the best deal when combined with the travel insurance they offer. These fares are non-refundable and can have no name changes. The ocean view total is[masked] pp. and have a free upgrade from the Riviera deck to the Empress deck. Inside early saver rate is only[masked]!!! Balcony rate is[masked]. This free upgrade promotion can expire without notice so if interested, don't hesitate. We also get a 25.00 PER CABIN credit.

Deck plans for the Ecstasy can be viewed here: http://www.carnival.com/cms/fun/ships/carnival_ecstasy/deckplan.aspx

If you choose the non-refundable early saver rate. I suggest you consider the travel insurance. The price depends on the cost of your cruise. I was quoted 39.00pp. for the ocean view stateroom. This insurance covers cancellations for any reason as well as other benefits such as baggage insurance, and medical if something unforeseen happens on the ship. When you make reservations all of the benefits will be explained.

At the time of making your reservation, a 25.00 deposit will be required. You will have until 6/19 to make the next deposit of[masked]. Final payment is due 8/19.

If you choose the early saver rate, you must make a deposit of 50.00pp. upon making your reservation so that you can get the free upgrade and reserve your room.

Prices quoted here are subject to change. 3rd and 4th guest can be added to a stateroom. Our travel agent can give you price and details.

For those new to cruising, all meals except the specialty restaurants are included. Iced tea, lemonade, coffee, and tea are complimentary. Alcohol, soda, and bottled water is available for a charge. There are beverage packages available to purchase if interested. Last I checked, we are allowed to bring one bottle of wine per person on the ship. We are planning on having a cabin crawl and sampling the wines we bring aboard.

Upon RSVP to this event, contact information to make your reservation will be sent to you. No money or personal information will go through this group or the organizers. All reservations are handled through the travel agent.
