Discuss starting a suburban or rural cohousing project

  • Hi everyone. Would you be interested in meeting up to discuss forming a group to look into getting a rural or suburban cohousing project up and running in the Nashville area? I attended a meeting with the Germantown cohousing project, and they are doing great. They are about to break ground and already have a bunch of people ready to buy in.
However, living in such an urban area and on such a small plot is not what I invisioned for the cohousing I want to live in.
So, if there are others out there with the same interest, lets meet up and talk about it.

I would love a small housing unit in a rural part of town. I am looking at moving back to Smyrna in Rutherford County to be near my adult children. I am currently in Virginia. Please keep me up to date until I can move to the area. You can privately email me as well.

You got it Piper. Hopefully there will be enough interest. Right now I am a bit discouraged. Time will tell!
