Have you always wanted to visit Machu Picchu? Join us May or August 2019 for a trip of a lifetime! Experience the majesty of Machu Picchu, learn about the ancient city of Cusco, and soak in local culture through the Inca trail hike or a no-hike option with excursions in the Sacred Valley. 2019 Dates are: May 25-June 2 August 31- September 8 Join our community & culture focused journey to one of the most iconic sites in South America. We'll start off by adjusting to the elevation while learning about Andean culture, local foods, and the Quechua language. Then, the hikers in our group will embark on on the 4-day classic Inca trail hike with our local guide Edwin. The rest will explore the Sacred Valley, visiting the ancient sites of Pisaq, Salineras salt mines, Moray and more as well as enjoy a farm lunch and cookout. On Friday of the itinerary, the hikers and non-hikers will meet at Machu Picchu for a guided tour of the city to learn about Incan culture. It will be a trip to remember! What's included?
