OSHO Style Kundalini Moving Meditations

According to OSHO, "Chaotic methods are needed to push the consciousness to its roots, because only from the roots is transformation possible."

Meditation in non traditional formats are now needed for the modern person. We are not in a traditional state of being, in that we are very much in our heads... and thinking horizontally, rather than vertically. We are surrounding ourselves in non organic environments and we have adapted our living conditions to be less natural and more comfortable and easy. As we are now, our center is in the brain.

In order to shake loose the intellectual, it is necessary to elect to move our center to the center of our bodies. This is facilitated by moving meditations designed to shift our thought processes out of the brain and into our heart and then even lower into the power center of our solar plexis area in the center of our bodies.

We will gather at iiEnergy Works for this style of Moving Meditation.

General verbal instructions will be offered as we meditate together.

Bring water and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Be prepared to remove your shoes! The meditation is one hour long, with four stages.

First Stage: 15 minutes: Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed.

Second Stage: 15 minutes: Dance ... any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. Again, your eyes can be open or closed.

Third Stage: 15 minutes: Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing, observing, witnessing, whatever is happening inside and out.

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes: Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.
