Please join us on Sunday mornings for weekly group meditation practice. Traditional seated and walking meditation is followed by time for study, discussion, and socializing. No experience required - open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. Instruction in a simple meditation technique (in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition) will be provided for those interested.
Whether you are starting a meditation practice, returning to practice, or simply enjoy the support of a community of committed practitioners, please know that you are most welcome.
