Please ignore the RSVP count. On average, about 15+ people show up on Sunday mornings for group meditation practice. Traditional seated and walking meditation is followed by time for study, discussion, and socializing. No experience required - open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. Instruction in a simple meditation technique (in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition) will be provided for those interested.
