Yoga focus Wk. 1-Prioritizing your life
Hi Everyone, Come and meetup with us at Mission bay park at 12:30PM for yoga.
Over the next 5 weeks, we're doing something special where we have each week dedicated to a specific aspect that we can gain from experiencing the unitive state of Yoga. This weeks meetup will be based on using the Yoga practice as a way of prioritizing our life (Sounds funny, but it works).
Specifically we'll be experiencing
-How making yourself the #1 priority through the yoga postures will put all aspects of your life in realistic perspective and in healthy relationship to you."
-Discover why making yourself the top priority is fundamental to fulfillment.
-Learn how to keep your priorities straight.
Afterwards, stay and join the group for our book discussion around the text we use in our meditation program. The chapter we'll be looking at is entitled "Fulfillment Through Becoming An Expert In Life" from the Book Journey Into Your Center by Dr. Erhard Vogel. We'll have copies of the book for you to use there so we can all engage in it together.
Here are directions. 1. As you go down I-5 next to Mission Bay, exit Clairemont Drive and turn left (west) 2. At stop sign, which is Mission Bay Drive, turn left 3. Drive past Information Center parking lot and turn right into the next large parking lot. 4. There will be a public bathroom at the end of the parking lot adjacent to Mission Bay 5. We will be to the left of that bathroom, on the grass near the trees 6. Look for a small sign on the grass that says Nataraja Meditation & Yoga and you have found us.
