(英语) English: Our purpose for this group is to help natives and newcomers develop a new way of approaching the next generation of cultural and linguistic ways in integrating traditional ways of living and American Chinese ways. The group concentrates on the Putonghua language dialogue and speaking Mandarin. The group will also help those who speak fluent English and beginner Mandarin together. (A term called Chinglish).
(英语) English: This group is open to those interested in learning about Asian culture, and ways of living from a native Asian perspective. We also focus on improving our Mandarin Dialogue through Writing, Reading, and Speaking. The group is designed to respect how our ideas are shared, thought patterns, and ways of talking both in Mandarin and English. We have activities such as hiking, dining out, exploring new places, and practicing mandarin while doing these. Joining this group allows us to cultivate new perspectives.
