His CV spans senior technical roles with Affinity ID, Loyalty New Zealand, Snapper and Datamine. Corrin has specialised in the use of data in marketing for the last ten years. covering all areas of advanced analytics including solutions development, propensity modelling, segmentation, profiling and forecasting. Above all, Corrin’s passion is about making data relevant to people so that it becomes an integral part of the decision making process.
Corrin will be talking about the huge improvements in voice recognition over the last few years, and provide an example from using voice analytics in a call centre. This talk will not be super-technical, though he will be happy to answer more technical questions.
