This will be a series of 3 cooking classes focussing on healthy family meals based on a whole food, plant based lifestyle. Classes will include live cooking demonstrations, short nutrition talks, food tasting and give aways. Everyone receives a pack of recipe cards to take home with lots of great ideas for healthy meals.

Class 2 - April 30 : Building Super Immunity
Class 3 - May 28 : Eating with the Season
