Be prepared to run. If you're a barefoot runner, great! If not, bring the shoes you run in.
Format: 1st hour we'll work on drills and technique. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
2nd hour is a free flowing run at a good pace, averaging 7-8min miles. Inappropriate for folks not accustomed to running.
