This is for people who are interested in setting aside more time for walks and enjoying the natural beauty around us. The priority is to enjoy nature akin to the concept of "forest bathing" (shinrin-yoku). All welcome - young, old, straight, LGBT, whatever stripe, etc. All fitness levels welcome - I am thinking of trying to choose some kind of loops so that if people get tired, or, want to take a break, or would like to go faster, we can rejoin on the return part of the loop. The "Plus" refers to the fact that we might branch out into other types of walks or activities as the group evolves.
