We're conducting a Free Yoga Week for anyone interested in Yoga, Physical and Mental health. The focus is on learning how to relax and experience peace. People that experience a lot of stress are often not able to fully relax their body anymore. Even when they think they are relaxing, they still hold on to tension.
All you need is an open mind and no pre-requisite knowledge or yoga experience is required. You don't need a flexible body either. Women, Homemakers - would benefit a lot from our 1 Week Free Yoga Course - but since yoga is gender agnostic, we would love participation from men as well. We're conducting the Free Yoga Course in Koperkhairne from Feb 2 - Feb 8.
