This group is for anyone who chooses to navigate life transitions with mindfulness. People who are willing to unveil life's wonders with harmony, confidence and clarity.
Our approach to stress management is based on the five elements:
- Earth element: stress caused by imbalances in the space, time or resources
- Water element: stress caused by difficulties in relationships
- Fire element: stress caused by challenges, professional circumstances or lack of motivations
- Air element: stress caused by self-judgment, verbal abuse or core beliefs
- Ether element: other sources of stress
The intention is to give tools to manage stress with mindfulness and confidence.
