Nexco, or Network Exchange Community was founded by Michael Burns, Babak Hafezi and Trevor Waling. All three founders had been members of diverse networking groups in the Washington Metropolitan area, and they found the bureaucracy and the lack of support by members as a major problem. They wanted to develop a networking organization that was part lead sharing, part educational, and most importantly fun. Nexco was founded on the notion that you need a team of true friends to support your business and become advocates for your organization. In looking at a number of networking and leadsharing groups, the founders discovered that most business owners also needed a business support system to become better business leaders. Nexco has an educational component built within it, allowing business owners to grow and become better at making their respective business decisions. Each meeting will have an educational component built into it, to futher develop the business skills and drive corporate growth. Nexco is built on the notion that networking and leadsharing should be fun and an enjoyable experience while growing your organization to its maximum potential.
