Gregg is a proven business leader that focuses on the employee and client experiences. He works as the Head of Software Engineering where he leads and supports the Chicago-based team. He has worked in numerous leadership roles in his 12-year services business career, which includes leading Geek Squad in China. In his spare time, Gregg is an avid music lover and loves to travel abroad.

Joe DeCosmo — Chief Analytics Officer, Enova International (https://www.enova.com/)

Joe is Chief Analytics Officer at Enova International. As CAO, Joe leads a 50+ person multi-disciplinary analytics team that provides end-to-end data and analytic services including data warehousing, business intelligence, business analytics, fraud, credit risk and marketing. His team supports the global online financial services offered by Enova International and delivers on-demand decision-making technology and real-time predictive analytics services to clients through the Enova Decisions® brand. Prior to working at Enova, he served as Director and Practice Leader of Advanced Analytics for Chicago-based West Monroe Partners. He has also held a number of executive positions at HAVI Global Solutions and the Allant Group. Joe received a B.A. in economics from Lewis University and an M.A. in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is Immediate Past-President of the Chicago Chapter of the American Statistical Association and is on the Advisory Board of the UIC College of Business Administration. Joe lives in the Chicago area with his wife and daughters.

Keelin McDonell — Vice President of Professional Services, Narrative Science (https://narrativescience.com/)

As Vice President of Professional Services, Keelin is dedicated to ensuring clients have exceptional experiences with Narrative Science and its technology. She is responsible for overseeing operations across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, deployment, account management and customer support.

Prior to joining Narrative Science in 2011, she was on the Kindle team at Amazon. Keelin also held editorial roles at The Washington Post and The New Republic after earning her BA in English from Columbia University.

Spencer Allee — Vice President of Data Science, Ascent RegTech (https://www.ascentregtech.com/)

Spencer leads the Data Science and Engineering team at Ascent RegTech. At Ascent we use machine learning to dramatically reduce the cost of regulatory compliance for our customers. We employ a wide range of techniques with a particular emphasis on NLP, including text classification, summarization, anomaly detection, and recommendation. Ascent recently closed a $6m round of funding to expand our team, including Data Scientists and Engineers.
