Leila Day (Change Management Specialist @ Sierra Systems)
Leila Day is a Principal in the Management Consulting practice at Sierra Systems. She has more than a decade of experience on large, multi-stakeholder transformation projects performing complex stakeholder engagement, communications, business analysis, and organizational change management roles. Leila is a Prosci® certified change management practitioner and the Interim President for the Greater Victoria Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals.
Ami Dagan (Change Manager/Project Manager @ BC Public Service Agency)
Ami works with the BC Public Service Agency to ensure successful implementation of HR related projects. At present, Ami works on several technology projects that require collecting business requirements, fit gap analysis, and change management practices. Ami holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Victoria as well as a Project Management Professional designation from Project Management Institute.
Lisa Mort Putland (Executive Director @ Volunteer Victoria)
Lisa joined the Volunteer Victoria team as Executive Director in June 2011. Lisa holds a B.A. in Drama and a Masters in Public Administration with a focus on non-profit management. Prior to working with VV Lisa was the Development Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria and spent more than 25 years working and volunteering in the museum and heritage sector.
