The Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group is intended to provide a forum and source of support, information exchange, and community engagement for employees impacted by neurodiverse conditions. One out of five people live with learning differences such as: Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, ADHD and Asperger's. People with these neurodiverse conditions bring essential skills and perspectives to the workforce. They also face high rates of employment discrimination. Awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace is growing and a movement has begun to challenge discrimination against people with these unique learning styles.
