This is an open place for inner world exploration through meditation, silent walk, observing, connecting with Nature Spirit, animal spirit, integration of meditation with walking in nature. We human beings invented the compass in the physical world, but lost the one originally created in each being through unconsciously disconnecting to the Source, as a result losing balance in our daily life, becoming a super doing, wrestling with everything. This is your time to reconnect and call upon the Spirit in you to guide you!

Once on a group hiking, I was quietly walking by another member, we started chatting a bit. She expressed her concern that she might be thought by others that she was not fitting in the society/group; and I noticed many times people were busy talking, networking when in group hiking, all the rich beauty of nature just had been missed... Do you know who you really are? Are you afraid of being judged by others?
Meditation is set for reaching the state of mind in stillness and quietness, and is the Supreme Tool to connect with the Divine, therefore our gatherings are not aiming at networking, however a stronger bound and connection within the energy world between members will be one of the outcomes of the gathered events through heart to heart connections.
There are three categories of events
- Silent Walk in nature (Saturday/Sunday, all are welcome)
- Guided Walking Meditation (Wednesdays/Fridays)
- Silent Retreat for inner world exploration - includes sessions of meditation, nature observation, inner world journeys, workshops etc. (weekends in winter time)
SILENCE is a requirement in our walking meditation events; when you become more comfortable with silence, you will naturally be ready to start to meditate. And through practice, you will be able to enter meditative state easily, and go into deep meditation in later state. Please always keep a pen and small note pad paper for necessary communication in these events.
Guided Walking Meditations once a month, are always set on Wednesday or Friday mornings to make sure the meditation environment is quiet. It is also a refreshment in your busy daily routines. You do not 'have to' do anything in your life. Change starts from within!
Meditation is not a skill or technique, but a state of mind, there are no levels or forms to burden you, all we need is an open heart and open mind. All are Welcome!
