Duration: About 2 hours

SILENCE from beginning to end, follow the guidance.

Spring is well residing among us! More birds singing, more colors, more ... but we do not have enough 'Less', 'Silence'

We'll relax your body, quiet your mind, walk slowly and enjoy the nature, through color meditation, you'll learn to ground and center yourself from the busy routines which always pull us away from our inner center.

What to Bring: a pen and a notepad paper

You can also bring a yoga mat if you're not comfortable with sitting on the grass. Or make it more simple, just bring a plastic bag or kitchen paper towel to sit on

Requirement: please switch off your cell

Please be on time! if for any reason you're late and our session already has started, please just quietly join us - make three deep and slow breaths with your eyes closed, then join in as where we are.
