Hello,

I have extra space in my studio and I am starting a Photo Studio Share.

This space is great for students, hobbyist and professionals who need inexpensive studio space.

I would only like to have 4 photographers max. To share the space so there will be

plenty of opportunity each month for each photographer to book time.
There is also storage for personnel belongings.

Maynard Center is dotted with small shops cafes and ethnic restaurants.
The Studios sit on top of a great restaurant caf? called Roasted Peppers

as well as an independent computer store and hand crafted arts shop.

There is a large artist’s building with gallery just a few blocks away

called ARTSPACE Maynard which host 70 artists and a gallery.
The studios for rent are in an old vaudeville/movie theater built in 1915.

The studio has painted hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings and 6 foot windows,

central heat and AC that is included in the rent. There is free parking in

the town lot across the parking lot in the back of the building.

These studios are non-live in but artists have 24 hr access.
