Take a virtual cooking class for the same price as a bottle of wine!

For foodies that like to cook or want to try :-)
For this class, we will learn to make pizza. I have two unique pizzas variations to choose from or you can just add your favorite topping to your pizza. While our dough is rising we will play some fun ice breaker games, and then we will enjoy our finished pizzas via a virtual dinner party to finish off the night.

This is a small group class for individual attention. We will be meeting via Google Hangouts. Please make sure to have ingredients and cooking tools ready before the class. You will be emailed the room link 15 minutes prior to the start time.

All first-time attendees will receive an exclusive $10 coupon code to GABA APP, a wine and spirits delivery service. Save on your dinner wine!

You will need the following ingredients:

Pizza Dough:
bread flour or all-purpose flour (you can use all-purpose flour but the secret to a crispy dough that does not over puff is bread flour so if you can find some I highly suggest using bread flour)
granulated sugar
an envelope of instant yeast
salt (kosher salt preferred but table salt will do)
olive oil

Equipment needed:
large bowl
mixing spoon
measuring spoons
measuring cup
cookie sheet or another flat pan

Pizza Variation #1 Kielbasa Pizza (this is probably like nothing you ever had before but I assure you it is good! It eats kinda like a sandwich)

olive oil
caraway seeds
swiss cheese (we will be shredding this you can buy pre-shredded)
dijon mustard
kielbasa sausage

Equipment Needed:
chopping board
measuring spoons
** box grater (if you want to grate your own cheese)

Pizza Variation #2 Blackberry Fennel (this unique pizza is vegetarian, light and fresh)

blackberries (frozen if you can not find fresh)
small bulb fennel
goat cheese
chopped hazelnuts
thyme (fresh preferred but dry can work)
salt (kosher preferred)
black pepper

Equipment Needed:
Sharp knife
chopping board

If you do not like these suggestions then no worries you can do your own thing!
