Who we are- iamHeart is a non-profit meditation school dedicated to building the Culture of the Heart. We teach how to apply the guidance and power of your heart to your health, relationships, and accomplishments through the practice of Heart Rhythm Meditation.
iamHeart was developed by Susanna and Puran Bair, co-authors of three books on heart meditation, and modern-day mystics who have been studying and teaching meditation for over 30 years.
In addition to the founders, iamHeart is now led by a diverse group of instructors trained to help you unfold the potentials of your heart and soul through Heart Rhythm Meditation. Robin Goldberg, DMD has been leading guided meditations and teaching Heart Rhythm Meditation in Connecticut since 2010. If you are a beginner at meditation, we welcome you to this beautiful journey. If you have meditated for decades, we can help you take your next step toward illumination.
What is Heart Rhythm Meditation?
It is a practice devoted to strengthening the energy of our hearts. Each heart is full of untapped wisdom and power that can be unlocked and cultivated through meditation. HRM is an embodiment practice and is meant to be used in our everyday lives.
