What we're about

Thanks for joining! Crush is a brand new social sports & games league for adults to meet new people and have fun playing sports, games and other activities. After every game is a happy hour at a nearby bar with food and drink discounts for all members! We currently have weekly slow pitch softball and kickball games in Ocean County and a sand volleyball league in Middlesex County. We will be adding activities throughout New Jersey (outdoors, indoors and at local bars, organized leagues and individual meetups).

Feel free to contact me if you have any requests or fill out a short survey (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdfSdiG80k-Jr0et-E8z_JsymSL_4WsPSCa-ekN9JnunBhaNg/viewform) so I know what you're interested in and where you're coming from.

Thanks again, and I look forward to meeting you!

Upcoming events (5)

Ocean County Pickup Softball (Thursday Nights)

Patriot's Park

This will be a weekly event if there's enough interest. I scheduled it on Thursdays in Jackson because we have multiple fields, but we also have the fields other nights and in Point Pleasant and Lakewood. We'll play from 6:30 until it gets dark then go out for drinks. I we get enough people, I will work on getting discounts for the group at a nearby bar. Try to get there as early as possible so we can create teams.

Please register on the website (http://www.crushsocialsports.com/leagues) beforehand because I'm required to have everyone sign a waiver for insurance purposes in order to reserve the fields. Feel free to bring friends (21 and over), but please have them register before they play also. It only has to be done once, not every game. But please RSVP on here at least a day in advance so I know how many people are coming. If there isn't enough interest, there won't be any games that week.

I'm also going to try to set up a Kickball game on the other field. So depending on how many people show up, you can choose to play either one. (There's plenty of room at the park so we can also add other activities like horseshoes, cornhole or dodgeball.)

I'm going to try to keep the games free, but feel free to donate a few dollars to cover the costs of the fields, insurance, equipment, etc. If we get a consistent number of people showing up, I'll hire umpires. We can also maybe cook out at the park.

Ocean County Multi-Sport Meetup (Thursday Nights)

Patriot's Park

I currently have softball and kickball games scheduled on Thursday nights so I was thinking of adding other activities since we already have the parks and there's plenty of room. This way there will be multiple activities to choose from. I was thinking of things like horseshoes, cornhole or dodgeball, but I'm open to suggestions. We can also play bar games afterwards (or, instead, if the weather is bad or there aren't enough people for an organized sport).

There's not a registration page for this on the website, but please register as a sub (http://www.crushsocialsports.com/leagues/other/626742) beforehand because I'm required to have everyone sign a waiver for insurance purposes in order to reserve the fields. Ocean County Pickup Kickball (Sunday Mornings)

Patriot's Park

This will be a weekly event if there's enough interest. The games will be Sunday mornings from 10am until 1pm (or until we get bored or tired) then go out for drinks. If we get enough people, I will work on getting discounts for the group at a nearby bar. Try to get there as early as possible so we can create teams. I also have fields in Lakewood if too many people sign up or we ever just need a change of scenery.
