The Mission of New Jersey City University Toastmasters
The mission of the NJCU Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

New Jersey City University Toastmasters Club was chartered on October 2005. The club meets weekly on the distinguished campus of New Jersey City University (NJCU) We meet every Wednesday at 12 noon in Hepburn Hall Room 104.
Members of the club represent all four of the University's divisions. From entry-level support staff members to senior managers with decades of work experience, these members recognize that Toastmaster's provides a wonderful opportunity for professional development. Cultural diversity is a hallmark characteristic of Jersey City and NJCU, and this diversity is certainly evident at NJCU Toastmasters.
Membership is open to NJCU employees, faculty, students, alumni and anyone interested in challenging themselves as they grow into the speakers they want to become. Come join us and enjoy the Toastmasters' experience.
