What we're about
NJDEN is a group for people who are contemplating, are going through, or have experienced a divorce in New Jersey and is organized by Rajeh A. Saadeh, an Ivy League educated attorney who has substantial experience both litigating and resolving complex, contentious, and high net worth divorces.
The attendees at meetings have opportunities to mingle with one another to network, make friends, give support, share experiences and insight, etc. Also, there is a presentation that is made to the group by Rajeh and, if applicable, his guests, which may include accountants, social workers, psychologists, religious leaders, appraisers, and the like, to provide insight into divorce and family law issues that many may have not yet experienced, want more information on, or have gone through already.
Through the support of the fellow members and the education received, the attendees are empowered and uplifted to press on proactively and positively in their lives despite the tumultuous turn that their marriages have taken. Topics for discussion relate but are not limited to child support, child custody, parenting time, visitation, alimony, spousal support, permanent alimony, lifetime alimony, equitable distribution, valuation, accountings, relocation, college expenses, appraisals, employability, experts, motions, appeals, the litigation process, arbitration, mediation, early settlement panel, case information statements, and trials.
