What we're about

This meetup is for anyone interested in meditation. We are the west coast chapter of New Leaf Meditation Project; a nation-wide effort to bring meditation to the masses through various meditation techniques and mindfulness practice. Why meditate? We meditate to reduce stress, improve concentration, increase self awareness/acceptance, and generate a sense of happiness and wellbeing. Come experience the benefits of group meditation with like-minded people. This is a great way to relax and unwind from the stresses of the day. Whether you are a beginner or experienced meditator, all are welcome!
This class is free. Donations for rental of the space are welcome
